A few things I was doing:- Setting up the process and workflow to manage scaled projects - e.g. delivering photos of 1000+ locations worldwide over a span of a couple of months - Looking for innovative and effective ways to communicate with multiple freelancers and help them deliver top-class content - we were both building an internal tool and implementing Zendesk into our operations- Monitoring freelancers' performance (and building reporting in spreadsheets)- Providing feedback to freelancers and developing standards and guidelines to improve their performance (building templates and working with quality assurance were key here)
