We have developed this into the fastest growing division in the company, based on the deliverables and customized experiences we have provided to our clients. During the COVID pandemic, when many organizations struggled, we continued to adapt and meet our client's needs by adjusting our approach and digging deeper into our partnerships with our clients, including for example helping them quickly pivot to tele-health services. We know what it takes for our clients to succeed and do whatever it takes to deliver for them.I was a Partner at the time for our sale to McDermott Will & Emery in 2019, leading the financial and operational due diligence response and execution. I sold my own company, and understand how to help my clients sell theirs.

Launched and ran Nomura’s Eastern European, Middle East and African (EEMEA) sales franchise, selling EEMEA stocks into US-based hedge funds. Created and pitched a comprehensive business plan to convince senior management of the potential revenues associated with entering the US market. Plan was approved to have me be solely responsible for all sales into US-based accounts.Developed the infrastructure necessary to create an efficient and scalable business from the ground-up, including: surveying the market to identify and build a client base; building a client matrix and tiering strategy to organize accounts and prioritize servicing; and facilitating introductions at new accounts with our research teams and traders. Managed a research team of 12 individuals located in London, Dubai, Moscow and Istanbul and held weekly strategy calls in order guide them toward producing high quality research that my US clients found timely, thoughtful, and valuable. Constantly called clients to discuss both the research ideas and relevant ways to monetize research via trading.
