Legal Analyst
CurrentSupport Law Function Corporate Capability with responsibilities that include supporting periodic reporting of developments in Major and Significant Litigation matters, maintaining data pertinent to litigation managment; support Outside Counsel Review Board (OCRB), Litigation Management Board, and Law Function Diversity Council (LFDC); duties include: close interaction with senior litigation managers and attorneys, assisting in managment and coordination of reporting on the major and significant ligation docket and processes, including orgaizing and participating in periodic internal and external meetings and summarizing and providing concise written updates for reporting to high level corporate officials and external auditors; developing familiarity with Major and Significant litigation docket; assist with ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of litigation reporting in TeamConnect tracking system; facilitate various teams and special project meetings including LFDC, OCRB; confirm and approve TeamConnect managment system users; assist in planning and organizing LF Diversity Awards and Law Academy.Support Substantiation in Support Substantiation in review of claims made in commercial speech and external digital content.Serves as a member of the Law Function Diversity Council.
