Generated and procured all necessary contract documentation, establish project schedule, sourced and coordinated timing of materials orders and sub-contractors, attended pre-construction & progress meetings, and supervise field personnel. -Design-Build -- provided redesign and upgrades for existing playgrounds or overall design for new sites. Successfully sold, designed & built over 20 design-build projects ranging from $40K to $120K. Produced own CAD drawings, color renderings & vignettes, and work with customer through conceptual and multiple design review meetings. -Estimator for public works and private playground projects. Was responsible for preparing estimates for commercial playground projects in private and public sectors by reading plans & spec books, attending pre-bid walks and performing materials take-offs, labor, equipment & other cost estimations. -- Also functioned as company's ad-hoc marketing manager by creating and implementing email marketing program, creating promotional content and print material, establishing advertising calendar, and developing new and expanding existing customer database.
