Klepierre is a major player in Europe’s retail property market, managing shopping centres among several different countries and cities, which give brands the access to 150 million consumers. - Definition of the shopping centre’s annual marketing plan.- Budget management.- Definition and production of all shopping centre’s events, assuring its communication and media plan, logistics and results’ analysis.- Management of all digital channels (website, app and social media) and definition of the contents and budget to be communicated on Facebook and Instagram. - Management of the shopping centre’s Information Desk team (4 people).- Development of partnerships and cobranding actions with retailers.- Accomplishment of the mall income budget by selling spaces on the gallery to temporary operators and communication supports to internal and external brands.

After participating in the launch of WTF, an innovative telecommunications’ brand aimed at people under 25 years old which was awarded Product of The Year in 2015, I assumed the management of WTF’s online sales, defining, creating and monitoring the brand’s online commercial activity:- Define an online commercial strategy, identifying business opportunities that match both the target’s needs and the company’s goals: how can I accomplish my goals and add value to our customers’ lives.- Master the art of storytelling: every brand is online and every brand wants to sell their product. In order to capture our target’s attention I need to create a connection with them, showing I can do something for them.- Manage a team: selling online isn’t a one person’s job. From the idea to the technical implementation and the communication design, it involves a team, which needs to be constantly managed and motivated.- Business analysis: the best part of working in the digital world is how easy it is to monitor online results and rapidly adapt in order to optimize the brand’s performance, using facebook and google analytics and monitoring SEM, Youtube and Display results.

As a product manager, I participated in the launch of the brand WTF, creating a new player in the Portuguese telecommunications’ market. Due to it’s innovative character, this launch involved several responsibilities such as defining the mobile plan’s characteristics, points of sale, customer relationship model, as well as the product and brand’s strategy.
