Led training and implementation of the new ASC 842 and IFRS 16 SaaS product LeaseAccelerator for several clients. Subject matter expert in the new ASC 842 standard.

Use of Quickbooks entering accounts payable and expenses for multiple entities. Create workbooks to include invoice detail and contract totals for efficient project accounting percentage completion. Audit pre-paid expense records and record monthly credit card expenses. Reconcile multiple bank account statements to expenses recorded in Quickbooks monthly.

Assisted with data entry of accounts payable, budgeting, as well as payroll using Access and MAS500.

Received and applied customer payments to accounts receivables in accounting system, Brittania, and kept close record of all payments received through copies of documents and confirmation codes. Called customers with outstanding balances more than 60 days while maintaining strong relationships and mailed customer statements on a monthly basis. Assisted with accounts payable monthly reconciliations of bank statements, including payroll.

Assisted in the secure disposal of old and out dated contracts that are no longer considered assets to the company. Also assisted in archiving old contracts and issued statements to government agencies whose accounts were in arrears.

Audited doctors' daily therapy records, maintaining compliance with state law. General filing and organizational maintenance.

Assure security of various VCU properties overnight. Safely drive VCU students to various areas on the VCU campus when needed.
