I have a passion for people, numbers, and organization. I have had the unique opportunity to not only develop and direct the human resources of an organization, but also in building the infrastructure of the business operations, including financial controls. Having been challenged with developing benefit packages that focused on staff retention, but also adhering to tight budget constraints, I’m able to look at it from both sides … HR and Finance. I’ve been responsible for creating and tracking budgets and have worked closely with several accounting firms and built successful relationships. They know that the books I maintain are thorough and complete … and balanced!I love learning new things, especially technology, and have a knack for picking up on it quickly … often times much of it self-taught. I’ve been called a ‘hybrid’ because of my unique combination of skills that I bring to an organization … a title I will gladly accept!
