-Facilitated intensive, upper-level ACE-accredited course covering a multitude of political, cultural, economic, and grammatical objectives essential to successful language analysis.

-Managed 130+ personnel in the execution of the National Cryptologic School’s (NCS) language, cyber and leadership curricula.

-Led 60+ member military workforce. Directed execution of language, fitness, and military training programs for 1,400+ person organization.

-Directed team of 15 military members in providing global language training and resources to 600+ language analysts, the Navy’s largest Command Language Program (CLP).

-Led 80+ military and civilian branch focused on high-priority intelligence targets. Team received National Counterterrorism Center’s (NCTC) Intelligence Community Counterterrorism Award for Analysis.

-Lead voice analyst on Tier 3 project. Processed, translated, and quality-controlled transcriptions of non-formatted communications. Summarized target behavior and highlighted emerging areas of concern in support of Joint Task Force Commanders.

-Supervised the daily operations of a specialized team of language analysts trained to support short-fused tactical mission requirements; supported 48 deployments, totaling 7,000 man-days. Guided policy and financial decisions, vetted candidates, and oversaw program implementation

-Led a joint-service/civilian team of approximately 25 linguists, analysts and reporters for a high-priority mission serving national-level strategic customers. Performed translation and analysis in order to provide mission-relevant target discovery services for the Intelligence Community.

-Performed analysis and research of targets in real-time environment for Operation IRAQI FREEDOM while embedded with USMC 3rd Radio Battalion. Monitored, transcribed and translated intercepted target communications for Indications and Warnings, ensuring safety of platform while deployed onboard US naval vessels.
