She has managed various design-to-build pre-feasibility and feasibility level studies from both operational and consulting sides. She is passionate about cultivating a healthy and dynamic team environment via mentorship, positive communications, and knowledge share.At Equilibrium, Rita is a leader of the numerical modelling team that specializes in delivering complex geotechnical analyses with a strong emphasis on calibration and ground truthing to observed site conditions and ground performance.
