• Duties include but not limited to:
• Manage over 300 residential and commercial properties located across London, Reading and Liverpool
• Liaise with a variety of agents to ensure our properties are marketed efficiently and new tenants are found promptly
• Do reference checks on new tenants and arrange contracts
• Book check in and check out inspections
• Deal with renewals and rent rises

• I supervise 12 members of staff and report to the line managers daily
• I place weekly orders and organise functions for the MPs and their guests
• I carry out all the administrative tasks for the Café and make phone enquiries
• I attend meetings with managers and directors and give the necessary feedback to my team
• I open and close the café and supervise the daily tasks
• I am responsible for diary management, writing the staff rota, timesheets and dealing with any issues staff members may have such as annual leave

Sending out invitations to Pink Shoe Club members for private functions, making sure they are all attended to and looked after at PSC meetings.

• Answering and diverting calls via switchboard
• Meeting and greeting global clients
• Responsible for announcing visitors and ensuring that they are comfortable and attended to
• Booking and preparing meeting rooms for the staff
• Placing orders and sending email enquiries and announcements
• Arranging couriers by individual requests
