As a member of the President's cabinet, I am responsible for the leadership and administration of all aspects of MICA's Advancement program. I manage and coordinate all fundraising, alumni, parents, and friends programs of constituency development. I also oversee the President's development initiatives, and work closely with the Board of Trustees, including providing staff support for the Advancement Committee and the Committee on Trustee Affairs.
