• Prepares recommendation and estimate reports of electrical materials for Genset re-condition jobs• Generates design and Installation of control panels for Gensets• In charge of wiring installations and testing using load banks up to 1500KVA• Programming of Comap controllers IL AMF 25, IG-NTC_BB and ID mobile logger system using LiteEdit, Genconfig and Driveconfig.

• On site testing and commissioning of Generator synchronizing panels in manual and auto-operation using PLC as controller for auto operation or Electronic genset controller, e.g. Cretech Gensys controller, Deepsea electronics 7510/710/5310.• Programming and complete configuration of HMI and PLC Below are the ff PLC modules;Unity pro v4, PL7 pro(Modicon M340), Siemens logo, Zelio, Twidosoft, HMI Magelis(Vijeo Designer), Vijeo look SCADA• Commissioning to full functionality of Caterpillar generators and synchronizing panels.• Generate design of PLC programs and HMI base to customer needs.

(DESIGN/ESTIMATE ENGINEER)• Estimate, take-off and design of Electrical panels such as Panelboards, LVSG, VFD drives, Capacitor Banks, Automatic Transfer switches, ECB, Motor control centers, PLC control panel as per customer specifications.(TQMS ENGINEER)• Inspection and Testing the finished products of LVSG, MVSG and HVSG • Ensures to meet the highest quality of finished products• Inspection and testing of various electrical devices such as under voltage relays, timer relays, control relays, current transformers, control potential transformers, starters, vacuum circuit breakers, air circuit breakers, etc.• Calibration of various test instruments• Ensures proper documentation and process as per based on ISO 9001
