Ritchie has been involved in the construction industry for over 10-years and hence; has built up an impressive knowledge-base across a number of fields. Ritchie worked part-time and/or full-time as a builder (on-the-tools) for 3-4 years. He put-the tools down so as to be able to invest, full-time, in residential-property. Ritchie has has worked with many clients, successfully designing family homes which have gone on to become Gold Award winners at the prestigious House-of-the-Year competition. Having experienced, first-hand, the ups and downs of a full property-cycle, Ritchie is still as passionate as ever about creating wealth through property investment. There are a multitude of factors to consider when deciding to build your own home.
