I am now utilising all my experience I have gained within Axminster Tools & Machinery and putting it all together for this role, I cover the South West and Wales providing technical advice, demonstrating a vast array of hand tools, power tools and machinery. I now provide a customer facing service to a greater diversity of customers ranging from sole.

My role as a Business development Executive naturally lead into my new role with Key Account Management. The service I now offer is more refined and bespoke, not only does it cover sales but I now manage the full relationship between Axminster Tools & Machinery and a select number of prestigious customers.

I was provided with an opportunity to further my experience at Axminster Tools & Machinery within the Business Services Team and coincide this alongside tendering. As a member of the business services team I am responsible for maintaining the successful and professional relationships with our B2B customers.

I have spent the some time training for my role. in tendering I gained valuable experience in retail specifically working on the technical side of tools and machinery. I have also spent a lot of time with companies specifically training in their machinery and this is being constantly improved with regular training in house. I have experienced all aspects.

During my time within our specialist sales team, I underwent regular training in new and current products, to ensure that I was well equipped to provide sound advice to customers. This ranged from the basic machinery for hobbyists to the industrial equipment for businesses and tradesmen. My role in this department really helped me to develop my customer.

This was a placement opportunity to work with the top therapists and doctors within a professional enviroment on athletes ranging from academy players to internationals athletes. I gained hands on experience in treatments and observed diagnosis and rehabilitation techniques.

Requirements of my studying ensured I attained over 200 hours of clinical experience where I treated injured sporting personal ranging from amateur and recreational athletes to professional athletes (Plymouth Raiders Basketball team). I was responsible for diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation
