Check upload of reports and ensure that the client remains compliant. • Responsible for aiding with client queries and requests such as resetting QUOODA password logins, mobile device access (iOS and Android) property amendments on the system and troubleshooting via the support desk. This is done via email, telephone call or face-to-face.• Regularly lead training of new starters at the company and clients introducing then to the QUOODA system. This is performed either face-to-face or via a call on Microsoft Teams.• Experience of coding and creating new file-paths to fix any bugs which prevent uploads to QUOODA.• Responsible for the day-to-day changes of the back-up sever tapes, ensuring that all tapes are logged correctly• Day-day running of the office, including answering the telephone, general office maintenance and house- keeping.

Ensuring file-naming conventions are correct, trailer content is acceptable for certain platforms and to a high standard.Ensuring subtitle files are to the correct spec and sync up with AV.Day to day dealings with metadata.
