My experience as part of the engineering team with with Mason UK Ltd. up until this new role involved a broad spectrum of work, covering many departments in the company. I have since become more specialised in the construction and my knowledge of installation of floating floors will prove valuable in my new role. While I am still involved in the engineering aspects of the company, I have taken more of a back seat with this area so that I can focus on organising and coordinating the different aspects and requirements necessary to run the projects. My main roles in the company involve:- Supporting and supervising the construction team- Estimating quantities of materials for projects - Organising materials and labour for projects- Supervising and running projects- Helping the progression of our team members, particularly any who have recently started a new role- Working alongside acoustic consultants to recommend viable solutions to vibration based issues- Recommending products to customers of varied backgrounds and experiences in the field- Providing technical support regarding our products and systems- Producing technical drawings using AutoCAD software- Processing information on projects using Excel
