Transformed UXC Red Rock Australia to an outsourcing and Cloud ‘as a service’ business; achieved 100% increase in the Managed Service business, acquired several strategic contracts and secured new business sales totalling $70M over a 3-year period including Red Rock’s largest ever sale – the NSW TAFE Student Management System.Took ownership of the loss-making Western Australian (WA) Office for Red Rock in October 2015. Stabilised revenue and returned to profit within 6 months and mentored a new Manager to take over the branch in April 2016, with strategic plans in place to secure continuous growth and profitability for the foreseeable future.
