 Developed, customized and implemented Sapien’s HRMS and self-service applications using SQL stored procedures, views, triggers, JavaScript and VB. Created ETL tasks using SQL Server Integration Services to load data into and also extract data from the application’s database. Developed and maintained SQL Server stored procedures, Windows scheduled tasks and custom built data conversion programs using VB 2005 used for international and domestic payroll, employee change information and benefits administration feed conduits to providers such as Ceridian, ADP and others. Created and modified custom reports using Crystal Reports XI  Implemented application business rules by developing VB 6 COM objects and JavaScript. Worked closely with project managers, QA engineers and other developers throughout the whole software development Life Cycle. From requirements gathering, implementing change requests, QA testing to User Acceptance Testing.

 Managed Dydacomp’s Development Tracking System for new product features, bug fixes and general testing of the various versions of the MailOrder Manager program. Tested new features that were being introduced in new versions of the program as well as corrections for problems in the current versions. Handled the release of build and various other updates for the different versions of the Mailorder Manager software. Took escalated issues from Support Team Leaders and troubleshot problems by conducting controlled tests and reviewing tables using SQL queries in Visual FoxPro and SQL Server 2000/2005.  Created utilities using Visual FoxPro to fix customer’s data problems. Served as a liaison between Support Team Leaders and the Development staff. Traveled on-site on a number of occasions to help train personnel and to prepare and oversee roll outs by some of the company’s bigger clients.  Assisted the Sales Department by participating in pre-sales activities by creating presentations and setting up test data for demonstrations in order for prospective clients to understand some of the program’s more complex features. Also, assisted in post sales activities by helping with the program’s implementation for clients that have specific needs from the software. Corresponded with representatives from E-Commerce companies such as Yahoo and Amazon regarding integration of their services with the MailOrder manager program. Also corresponded carriers such as UPS and USPS for integration with their various shipping software as well as accounting programs such as QuickBooks, MS Small Business Accounting, etc.
