 Attending Work Inspection Requests (WIR) for civil and architectural finished work activity ( i.e. internal & external finishes BOH/FOH, screed, masonry work, plastering works, waterproofing, aluminum works, precast facades, dry walls, tilling works, false ceiling and painting. Conduct Material Inspection Request (MIR) delivered on site, to ensure they are according to the set storing on standards and conditions for maintaining the quality of material as per approved materials. Coordinating with MEP services works to ensure that in accordance to architectural plan. Verify that all materials sampling & testing are performed as required. Familiarizing and complete understanding of the plans, specs and other construction documents applicable to the particular work and construction package.  Manage and inspect the interfacing of same to the other work construction packages. Records inspection and test data anticipates and assists for the solution of field problems. Rejects faulty materials and workmanship and records the same upon inspection. Issues notice to comply and notice of violation for non-conforming works and materials. Ensure that the QA/QC procedures, Method Statement and ITP’s are fully implemented at project site. To ensure that the construction works & quality are done as per approved shop drawings, approved materials, specifications and Client acceptance requirement. Provide necessary information and give guidance to the contractor in order to achieve the acceptable quality and progress of work on site. Assists Senior Architect and coordinate with overall team in the project work site and review submittal package, Method Statement, ITP, Request for Information (RFI), Material Approval Review (MAR), Shop drawing to ensure strict compliance with the plans and specifications. Assists the Planning Engineer for monitoring the project progress.

 In charge of Inspection Requests for the daily activities of Contractor for architectural finishing, fit-out/ID activities, civil/structural, facade and landscape works in coordination with other disciplines/trades. Conduct routine site inspection during construction work to ensure that all the works are carried out as per approved shop drawings, materials and project specifications. Ensure that the QA/QC procedures, Method Statement and ITP’s are fully implemented at project site. Conduct Material Inspection Request (MIR) delivered on site, to ensure they are according to the set storing on standards and conditions for maintaining the quality of material as per approved materials. Verify that all materials sampling & testing are performed as required. To ensure that the quality of work done at site are done as per specifications standard and Client acceptance requirement. Provide necessary information and give guidance to the contractor in order to achieve the acceptable quality and progress of work on site. Conduct Snagging and De-snagging for final handing over of the project. Responsible for inspection, handing over & DLP. Attend Service Request from Customers Working with Contractors, Client & Maintenance Team.  Prepare and issue Safety Violations, Site Instructions and Non-Conformance Reports to all contractors to maintain the safety and quality of works. Assist of reviewing submittals like Shop Drawings, RFIs, Pre-qualification submittals, Material submittals, Method Statements, ITP’s, Safety documents and As-built Drawings. Assists the Planning Engineer and the Quantity Surveyor for monitoring the project progress and payment certificates respectively. Evaluate and determine variations and report to Resident Engineer/ Project Manager. Conduct Site Safety Inspection and notify the Contractor of possible hazards. Preside weekly safety meeting with the Contractor and Sub-Contractors.

 Ensuring development of PQP by studying contract and specification thoroughly to meet client's expectations and project requirements. Conduct preliminary site inspections for Earthworks, Structural, Civil, Architectural finishing/fit-out, infrastructure & landscaping works, based on the required approved drawings and Specifications prior to consultant submission. Ensuring the inspection of materials arriving at site when advised by the Construction Manager or Storekeeper. Monitoring quality control for each definable feature of works as per PQP, MS, ITP’s and Specification. Responsible for the supervision and control of all subcontractors work and supply related to all QA/QC activities. Supervise and monitor sampling and testing of materials. Ensuring all test results are verified and meet the contract project requirements. Issue internal Non-Conformance Reports for any defective work on site either from Contractor work or any sub-contractors. Responsible for closing out of NON-CONFORMANCE REPORT (NCR) and SITE/FIELD INSTRUCTIONS issued by the Client and Engineers.  Prepare and reviewing submittals prior to submission to the consultant. Prepare & reviewing Material Approval Request (MAR), Method Statements, Checklist & ITP’s in co-ordination with Project Manager and Construction Manager. Preparing Monthly, Weekly, Daily QA/QC Report and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to be submitted to the Client/Consultant. Controlling documents and maintaining records relevant to QA/QC as required by the Project Quality Plan. Coordinate and prepare with Project Manager for handing over documents requirement.  Responsible for Inspection, Handing Over & DLP.  Participating in meetings with client/consultant if necessary
