I currently work with public and private sponsors and peer academic institutions to review, negotiate, and execute various legal agreements, and provide research administration and compliance support to HMS departments and Principal Investigators throughout the lifecycle of their research projects. Additionally, I manage the outgoing subawards business process at HMS, build capacity for the school to handle administratively complex awards, and help develop internal policy and guidance. Lastly, I co-chair the FDP Subawards Subcommittee, which develops templates and guidance for universities to exchange subcontracts in compliance with federal regulations.
