Responsible for research, development, marketing and sales for the Sports-LITE training kit at Ritelite (Systems) Ltd.Ritelite’s SPORTS–LITE training kits offer clubs a fast, affordable solution for winter sports training. Silent operation, no trailing cables, battery powered, lights can be set up anywhere, on all types of pitches, quickly and easily.Using advanced optical lens design the Sports-LITE optimises all available light to maximise the useable light on the playing surface. This also gives the benefit of very low light spill (light pollution) and gives the best performing product on the market.

After working as a Key Accounts Manager for some time I then took on the responsibility of becoming Ritelite's Lighting Project Manager.Focusing on new business for the company, client rapport and relationship building. I also work with some OEM customers to design and develop product for specific and unusual applications.On a usual day in the office, you can find me completing lighting designs for both new and exsisting customers, identifying new customers and markets whilst developing strategies to maximise sales.

One of my roles at Ritelite Systems is that of Lighting Specification Manager within the Prolite Lamps division. Under the Prolite lamps brand, Ritelite manufactures a large range of Lamps and Luminaries covering a wide range of technologies.
