Responsibilities include:-Review Monthly Profitability statement with correspondence to production data and sales.-Finalisation of Standalone & Consolidated Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.-Coordination with Statutory & Internal Auditors and Consultants.-Review Fund Flow statement and analyse the same to control finance cost.-Smooth Functioning of ERP system and co-ordination with consultants for changes and developments.-Setting of Standard Operating practices for finance and Accounts department.-Presentation to Board of Directors & Strategic Investors on Financial Position of the company -Ensure statutory compliances monthly-Audit Cost Sheets periodically.-Dealings and Negotiations with suppliers and Bankers.
