• Main Purpose of Position is approving design and technical submittals of MEP subcontractor. To manage team of Site inspectors / Site Engineers to supervise and coordinate project work in accordance with contract.
• To review and approve design submittals and technical / material submittals and shop drawings of Mechanical services including HVAC, BMS, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Fighting and Radiant Cooling System according to.
• To inspect delivered material at site and to manage team of Site inspectors / Site Engineers allocated for monitoring quality and workmanship of work at site in accordance with contracts and specifications.
• To monitor and report the Client on progress of site with respect to program schedule to achieve the completion of project as per requirement of the Client.
• Reviewing and approving Request for Information (RFI) and variation claims for rework and changes in schedule.
• Review/approval of project documents with commissioning report, as built drawing and O & M manuals for various equipments & systems as project handing over documents.
