•Handling end to end recruitment process.•Networking through References, Job portals like indeed.com, Naukri.com, Linkedin, etc.•Updating master sheet (all employees detail) time to time also keeping a record of selected, rejected, and hold candidate.•Responsible for Joining formalities, all documentation, handling Exist formalities of employees issuing relieving and experience letter.•Issuing the Appointment Letter Appraisal letter and explaining salary details to the employee.•keeping record of leaves ( Holidays and leaves ) and make monthly attendance list.•Dealing with employees' concerns and complaints.•Responsible for preparing salary, performance appraisal, etc.•Planning events or activities or on some special occasions like celebrating birthday and festival.•Handling day to day activities and admin work.•Policy development.•Issuing warning letters for employees when required.•Maintaining monthly performance reports.•Maintain relationships with employees.

• Interacting with the clients and understanding their requirements of vacancies to fill the positions.• Gaining an in-depth understanding of the JD for a particular position.• Preparation of the job description by analyzing the role of a particular position.• Identifying and sourcing the best match candidates from various sources.• Creating and maintaining the database of the candidates for different profiles.• Responsible for initial screening of the candidates through phone interviews.• Coordinating with the shortlisted candidates to arrange their interviews with the clients.• Responsible for convincing the candidate for a particular role and explaining the Job description in an effective manner.• Taking feedback after interviews.• Involved in client meetings and interaction.
