Key Responsibilities Areas as Legal officer• Review Interconnect (VOIP), Software, Product and solution agreement, Calling cards agreements, co-location agreements, Legal Outsourcing work for other Interconnect carriers, Recharge & Utility bill payment services agreements. • Drafting Agreement, Employment Agreement , Non- Compete Agreement, Non Disclosure Agreement & Memorandum of Understanding• Proof Reading and then Signing or Countersigning the Amendments after approval from the respective departments• Document Updated in the CRM in the two tabs (Legal & Agreement)• Notarizing Legal Documents and Agreements from Public Notary that are provided by the management and the relevant departmentsKey responsibilities as Intellectual Property Rights officer Create awareness for different kinds of Intellectual Property Rights.eg Copyright, Trademark, Patent, Industrial design etc Update on each intellectual property and get it registered. Once it is applied for registration than on basis of domestic application number file Intellectual property at International’ Level through WIPO, International Protocol and treaties Patent Writing Patent Drawing Invention disclosure drafting Patent Proofreading Claim AnalysisThis process has great value in the conception and definition of the legal boundaries of an invention. To prepare reports comprising the analysis of the technical and legal aspects of the patent claims.
