Franchise Area Manager
Current•Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.•Drive team performance to maximize sales and profitability through set targets and promotions • Develop and manage marketing campaigns to increase business• Monitor and track store sales, competition targets, and marketing goals• Conduct operational audits and provide feedback to franchise partners while holdingthem accountable for corrective action plans • Rotates between franchise locations to ensure stores are aligned with the company brand, vision, and maintenance• Review product placement, merchandising, marketing components/signage, and promotional strategies to ensure alignment with brand direction and key product strategies to increase sales• Develop cost saving initiatives to stay within budget• Ensure all locations meet customer service standards• Resolve escalated customer complaints in a professional, respectful manner. Educate and empower your team to resolve customer concerns in the moment•Collaborate with Corporate partners to develop store consistency and communicate corporate policies and changes
