As a Senior Manager - Customer Success, I manage portfolio of 20 (15 Strategic Commercial/5 Federal) Customers Portfolio with more than $10 million in revenue and help improve manage customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt’s innovative IAM, IGA, CPAM and Third Party Access Governance products and services using our customers’ business objectives and priorities as the foundation of the work they perform. I am responsible for driving value-based outcomes by providing customer categorization, oversight, adoption recommendations, opportunities for increased service, and metrics analysis. In addition, I work on routine health checks and coordinate any required remediation to ensure our customers stay on track towards their goals.
