Ritesh Deolekar is a EAI at UOB. He possess expertise in leadership, problem solving, english, customer service, engineering. Colleagues describe him as "We attended CDAC together where we had to spend almost 12 hours+ of time on daily basis. In our short tenure of 6 months we studied different technologies but at the same time we made sure to get clear knowledge of basic technology like C, C++, data structures and many more. We together participated in one of the mandatory project where he has demonstrated both front end and back end code writing skills. He was motivated enough to solve complex problems and getting right solutions on time. We did prepared the entire solution for travel management in approx 120 hours and he was one of the major contributors for this project. He is the one who made sure everyone in the team is getting enough work to contribute individually as well helped others in the team to solve blockers with the complex problem statement. The solution we prepared was basic enough to have functionality that most of the other travel management companies like MakeMyTrip will have, but it was special because it was our first project where we contributed for end to end solution. Even after 10 years we still share the same bond that we had in the CDAC team. He is still one of my go to person for solving any of the professional problems where I feel his advise can bring difference while making decisions :-) "
