CurrentAs a Voyage Optimization Analyst at ZeroNorth, I am proud to be part of our Customer Experience and Professional Services team based in Mumbai, India. In this role, I work closely with commercial operators and masters on the customer side, as well as collaborate with the Customer Experience and Customer Success teams within ZeroNorth.Serving as a trusted optimization advisor, my responsibility is to drive and accelerate success by providing actionable insights and strategic support. This involves fostering meaningful engagement with both internal and external customers, partners, and stakeholders within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.Through this role, I contribute to ZeroNorth’s mission of enabling sustainable shipping and creating value for our partners by optimizing operational efficiency and promoting greener practices in the maritime industry.
