As a Revenue Manager at Investors Clinic, one of India's leading real estate consulting companies, I am responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting revenue control charts, auditing SLA execution and project financials, coordinating with business partners and internal and external stakeholders, advising management during revenue settlement negotiations, and designing and managing the SOPs governing information and work flow. I have been working in this role for over five years, and I have successfully handled multiple projects involving complex revenue transactions and settlement terms.I have a strong background in finance and marketing, with a PGDM (MBA equivalent) from LBSIM and a BA (Hons) in Business Economics from Delhi University. I also have a certificate in trade finance from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, and I have completed several online courses on strategic thinking and internal controls. I have developed analytical, planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, as well as market research and financial analysis skills, through my education and work experience. Before joining ICIPL, I worked as a Team Leader at J.P. Morgan, where I managed the work flow and controls in the trade finance department, supporting the Hong Kong and Singapore regions.
