Ensuring business growth and expansion of ALUTUFF brand ACPs / AHPLs / LOUVERS through channel and institutional sales and simultaneous execution of manpower planning, marketing activities and retail reach to both urban and rural markets of every Eastern States district wise. Depot handling, Pricing Management, Competition mapping, Promotions, Distributor appointment, Stock Management,etc

1. Meeting with Architects, Fabricators, Interior Designers and Builders at frequent intervals and confirming specification of coater products in various projects.2. Discovering Govt., Hotel, Hospital, IT/ITes, Commercial & Residential Projects in entire state of Odisha in planned town-wise visit.3. Focusing in selling high value added products of Saint Gobain Glass in Solar Control Coater products and even Planilaque Lacquered Glass for interior.4. Convincing and converting Clear glass Projects into Reflectasol range and arranging for product specification through Architects.5. Framing price quotations putting into consideration glass size and thickness, annealed or toughened, wastage and transportation.6. Coordinating with Processors for final delivery of glass to specified Projects as per their requirements.

Handled dealer channel sales of North & Central Kolkata city territory for decorative sales unit with Rs.22 Crore business volume.
