Last Mile Shelving Design (Transit & Sprinter Vans) Developed a new design for Last Mile shelving with a fold-flat version featuring double shelves, each with a capacity of 350 lbs for Transit & Sprinter Vans. Conducted design validation through Proto build and Static Simulation (Stress Analysis). Coordinated with manufacturing teams and suppliers for seamless production. Created delivery packages and Installation manuals for the final release.New Light Delivery Vehicle Cargo System (Masterack) : Led the entire design process, enhancing the cargo capabilities of the New Light Delivery Vehicle. Conducted comprehensive Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) for proactive risk identification and mitigation. Implemented Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and executed the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for quality assurance.

L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (APRIL 2015 – PRESENT)-Worked as team lead for one of the trucks manufacturers in U.S. called McNeilus Trucks.-Executing live projects on daily basis as per requirement on shop floor.-Concept design making, respective to the behavior of application in shop floor.-Jigs and Fixtures design for welding components & good in welding symbols.-Fully Automated to semi automated fixture design for heavy products i.e. truck floor, side wall, roof, tailgate etc.-Designing precision Templates and Gauges for locating products.-Material handling & Storage equipment design as per standard ASME (Racks & Carts).-Preparing clamping plan & loading sequences.-To check assembly and manufacturing feasibility (DFM) and design calculations.-To create Manufacturing and GA drawings in detail for the solid, sheet metal, laser cut, bending & vendor parts using (GD&T, Welding Symbols)-Quality checking for the design to clear interferences and clearances.-BOM Preparation, Material validation, Costing, Part number creation, Routing to manufacture in ERP and ECN.-Generating FEA report in Solid works to validate the design as per FOS.-Standard parts and knowledge in Pneumatics & hydraulic selection from (Enerpac, Grainger, Destaco, SES casters, carrlane..etc).-Work instruction preparation.-CN update and BOM and Routing process in JDE and Smarteam.-Creating Standard Work Instructions for critical processes to optimize the working time for CNH Client.-Time study and line balancing for clearing bottleneck situation from assembly and finish out line and evenly work distribution among operator for JLG Client.-Selecting machining operations and assigning machine routing to parts based on its design, material and application.-Work Standardization, Project Planning & mentoring of manpower, team building.-Experience in BOM preparation, Nesting, Process routing & documentation.
