Collaborated with different teams to identify the root cause and commit fixes.- Developed Firewall Troubleshooting tool to provide initial triage analysis. Used Nginx as a reverse proxy and backend is hosted on Python Flask server with Perl integration.- Developed Bug Bot that alerts the ongoing bug details, incoming bugs and bug statistics on Cisco Webex space.
