Part of the accounts and tax team which is responsible fora) Finalization & Consolidation of Balance Sheet, Ensure proper maintenance of accounts and submission of periodical P&L, MIS & Budgeting.b) Working involves analysis and review of accounts to ensure compliance with the Accounting Principles and Accounting Standards and ensure compliance with the disclosure and presentation requirement as set out in revised Schedule VI to Companies Act.c) Reviewing of monthly trail balances sent by Regional Accounts Manager and also ensuring timely compliances of all statutory requirement & returns.d) Guiding and assisting Regional Accounts Manager in improving management of payables and receivables and create good equity among internal & external customers.e) Capitalization of Fixed Assets in the entire company. f) Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.g) Domestic Transfer Pricing computation. h) Ensure that stock and all other assets are properly controlled and optimized.

 Conducting Internal/ Statutory/ Tax Audit/ Limited review and finalisation of accounts within time bound schedules. Maintenance of proper records for the purpose of statutory audit. Studying the client’s existing Internal Controls System through the audit process, discussing the findings with the management and recommending appropriate corrective measures.
