Work under the NOC team as a Support engineer for more than 2 months.Handle Layer 1 and Layer 2 Security Product call (SonicWALL, Fortigate).Take over support Call from Project Team, for on-going Support activities.Generate Technical Documentation for our team as per support call.Work as Team Leader for Mumbai Region for Co-operative Bank for Checkpoint Endpoint & ATP project. Handle deployment part of endpoint agent bank branch locations.Understand the complete project including the from endpoint system to documentation.Work as an engineer for Trend Micro Endpoint product.Working as a deployment engineer for one of the government clients.Working with OEM for the project and handle support part of the deployment Working as a Support engineer for MDM Project at the client-side.Handling Daily call for support from PAN India.Working with Support team to understand with activity and troubleshoot the user issue.Handling Daily reports and documentation activity.Also, handle SMB clients for their firewall support activity includes below.Firewall implementation and supportRegistration and RMA with devices Layer 1 and Layer 2 support call.

1. Giving onsite or remote support as IT administrator.2. Managing I.T infrastructure assessment list 3. Experience in handling Microsoft windows AD server (adding and updating user id and password and support etc.) 4. Firewall installation, Adding or updating firewall policies 5. Controlling the admin panel of Web-Mail Hosting for Adding & Updating the user list and their credentials. (Microsoft Office 365 and ZOHO Mail Solution)
