Designing and creating activity based kits and curriculum in Science for grades 6-8

• Part of the Founding team and faculty in Asmita, an Edu social lab aimed at tackling learning gaps for delayed learners . Working with Dr. Bharati Kulashekara (Child Counselor) and Mr. Berty Olivera (Founder of Arivu School, expertise in alternate schooling and psychodrama techniques in education) https://sites.google.com/view/asmitacocreate/home • Classroom level impact: Supported 30 students with learning difficulty and disablilty by designing and executing integrated lessons (psychodrama and pedagogy) for development in academics and values. Taught English grammar and pedagogy skills (Listening, speaking, reading and writing or LSRW skills) for Learning how to learn. • Conducted meetings with parents to initiate more involvement of parents to lend academic support to kids.

Developed and reviewed a proprietary Science curriculum and Garden curriculum for IB PYP in 6 months and developing MYP science syllabus• Use of innovative teaching aids in pedagogy• Design of thematic lesson plans, assessment and feedback mechanisms• Coordinate and collaborate with team for deployment of course, develop interdisciplinary research based projects

Academic implementation of XSEED program in 100 schools of Karnataka by coaching teachers in the classroom, resolving implementation challenges and building relationship with school leaders. Included imparting training workshops, demonstration classes, classroom observation with the teachers and orientation for parents, Identified, responded to and resolved most academic, servicing and logistical problems in realCommunicated and maintained high degree of satisfaction with all stakeholders (Owner, Principal, Teachers, Parents), Positioned the XSEED program value-proposition to retain 70% of the schools
