CurrentKey Responsibilities:1) Planning and Executing Audit EngagementsLead the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments in accordance with auditing standards and firm procedures.Develop audit strategies and determine the audit approach for each engagement.Conduct risk assessments to identify key areas of audit focus and design audit procedures to address identified risks.2) Supervising and Mentoring Junior StaffSupervise, guide, and review the work of audit associates and interns.Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback to junior team members.Foster a supportive team environment, encouraging professional development.3) Conducting Fieldwork and TestingPerform and oversee substantive testing, control testing, and analytical procedures.Review client records, including financial statements, supporting documentation, and policies, to ensure compliance with applicable standards.Document audit findings, analyze discrepancies, and prepare working papers.4) Client Communication and Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients during fieldwork, addressing client inquiries, requests, and concerns.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing value-added insights and recommendations.5) Preparation of Audit Reports and Financial StatementsPrepare or review draft financial statements, audit reports, and management letters.Ensure that all documentation complies with audit standards, firm policies, and client expectations.Summarize audit findings, key observations, and recommendations for client review.6) Compliance and Quality AssuranceEnsure all audit engagements comply with professional standards (e.g., ISA, IFRS, and local standards) and applicable regulatory requirements.Adhere to internal quality control policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation.
