Responsibility Includes:-• Member of leadership team of SRF Flexipak, accountable for monthly business results of South African business• Guide the team on the preparation of the monthly profitability projections, monthly business results. Responsible for the overall budgeting for SRF Flexipak. • Ensuring statutory compliances.• Responsible for ensuring that all external audits, Internal Audits and other audits by local authority are carried out smoothly.• Responsible for ensuring accurate/ timely closure of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual accounts of South African legal entity.• Ensures that the accounts of the business are being maintained in accordance with the statutory requirements and accounting standards (IFRS for local reporting and IGAAP for Indian reporting).• Responsible for Managing books of Accounts in Oracle ERP• Oversee the management of working capital and ensuring minimization of interest outflow thru innovative means of financing, subject to Corporate Treasury guidelines• Ensuring effective utilization of working capital by putting in place an efficient working capital management system.• Responsible for maintaining adequate insurance cover for the legal entity.• Treasury Management: o Arrange borrowings & Credit limits from banks.o Negotiate effective Interest rates.o Manage risks of Currencyo Comply with banking Covenants.o Establish & Maintain good relationships with banks.o Hedging of funds (within the overall corporate guidelines)• Handling legal activities and ensuring that the company is complying with all statutory compliances.• Responsible for handling the secretarial matters for the company in conjunction with the corporate legal & secretarial team.• Responsible for Inventory management and control including monitoring and co-coordinating monthly and yearly stock count and reconciliation • Support in External liasioining

Overall Responsibilities included: 1. Arrangement of funds for projects & acquisitions a. Fund planning for meeting the requirements in time. b. Help Treasury head in planning the capital structure and entity structure through which the funding will be done c. Arranging funds in a cost efficient manner.2. Arrangement of working capital facilities a. Liaising with banks to ensure availability of working capital facilities at competitive cost b. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining to borrowings c. Preparation of CMA and getting the working capital limit assessed3. Credit Rating of the company a. Getting the company rated both for short term as well as long term debt under Basel II norms4. Cash Management -  a. Daily fund planning and ensuring optimal cash balances in bank accounts and ensuring timely investment of surplus funds5. Treasury MIS and Accounting a. To ensure that MIS reports pertaining to treasury are prepared in time. b. Timely accounting of treasury related entries.6. Risk Mitigation a. Preparation of risk management policies with the help of outside consultant & getting it approved from the Board b. Ensuring implementation and compliance with the policies c. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining to exchange control7. Forex Monitoring and Implementation/ Execution of hedging decision. a. Forex Dealing and Management of Forex Exposures b. Day to day monitoring of Market Movements and mark to market movements of currency portfolio c. Co-ordinate with all units/businesses for forex exposure related issues d. Review and follow up with banks for cashflow from Fx and IRS transactions e. Comply audit requirements for all forex related transactions f. Evaluation of risk hedging strategies, structures/instruments and risks associated with the same g. Comply with all guidelines relating to dealing in FX, applicable from time to time by R.B.I.

• Responsible for overall analysis and consolidating of MIS of various units (12), 6 businesses, located across and out of India and presentation thereof to the higher management.• Overall responsibility of annual budgeting of all units/ businesses at corporate level.• Preparing the projections for different businesses for the purpose of forecasting/ calculating the loan requirements at corporate level. • Keeping a track of major capital expenditure within the company for its timeliness and post completion review.• Keeping management abreast of the financial comparison with competitors and the trend thereof.• Responsible for sending the stock statements and FFR reports to bank.• Facilitate corporate controller in Quarterly & yearly accounts closing.• Fulfilling other ad-hoc requirements, like product – wise costing, preparing cash flow.

• Verify that Internal Controls in the company across units are operating properly.• Provide overview on the reliability of various financial reports and MIS generated within the organization.• Verify that statutory & legal compliance are being adhered to.• Conduct information systems audit in ERP (Oracle 11i and Orion 10.1) environment.• Highlight cases where company has a potential liability/ loss/risk• Ensuring that audits are carried out as per audit plan
