• Get established as a key technical and programmatic resource in the district on nutrition aspects with the district administration and health and ICDS departments.
• Liaise with District Project Officer (DPO) ICDS and Civil Surgeons and provide techno-managerial support at district and block level
• Responsible for implementation of all N-TSU led priorities in the district and to facilitate implementation of any studies and pilots in the district
• Responsible to coordinate with Jeevika-TSU, ISSNIP and any other development partners active in nutrition space in the district.
• Work with CDPOs and LSs in the district to build their technical and management skills.
• Plan and conduct one to one and one to group capacity building sessions with CDPOs and LSs to help them in use of data,

Bihar

• 1. Provide technical support to district and block level officials in Bottleneck analysis and to take corrective actions for strategic shifts
• Using the available information/data, periodic support will be provided to DPMU/BPMU to carry out gap/bottleneck analysis at block and district level.
• Support district and block teams to develop strategies to overcome identified bottlenecks.
• Planning activity implementation aligned with district action plan.
• Monthly block report (using the GoI tool kit) on results of gaps/bottlenecks analysis and presented to block/district authorities.
• Prepare monthly progress report with DPMU and share with State RMNCH+A Unit (SRU) after discussing with PM/DM.2. Contribute to Evidence based planning and budgeting of district PIPs

Samastipur Area, India

• Operationalize and institutionalize block level supervision and data driven management approaches.
• Engage and liaise with Block level Officials of Health and ICDS Departments to facilitate Block level Co-ordination Meeting, ANM Meetings, Block level visits to AWCs, conduct random monitoring of VHSND and HSC meeting.
• Support district and Block level officials in scaling-up of planned activities (Mapping & Enumeration, HSC Meeting, ANM Tuesday meeting, LS meeting) in the district.
• Understand various operations at the Block level and HSC level to ensure various services and coverage of all beneficiaries.
• Provide feedback on the status to the Block level officials to facilitate appropriate action for further improvisation of the service delivery and coverage.
• Support Integration and Implementation of Outreach level solutions levers at the Block level NRHM PIP and ICDS PIP.

Samastipur Area, India

• Work closely with Block leadership and officials of Health & ICDS to identify areas of operational and technical support to ensure quality implementation of Health Programs (NRHM) and ICDS in the assigned Block to.
• Provide ongoing Planning, operational & implementation support to Health and ICDS at Block level.
• Organising Data Enumeration workshops in coordination with health and ICDS departments to enumerate beneficiaries
• Planning, execution of incremental training programs to FLWs through sub-center level meetings. An innovative approach in the program
• Coordinating LQAS to monitor the project progress and take appropriate decisions
• Coordinating with other partners like BBC, Pathfinder, PSI, PCI, WHO, Unicef
