Widely experienced in handling complex legal disputes and in providing business-oriented solutions to myriad legal problems, I’ve been advising, guiding and representing clients as well as lawyers and law firms in their legal matters. While I have enriching experience of working for corporate and individual clients, I’ve also worked closely with various Ministries and Departments, such as Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED), Income Tax, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs and others, having advised and appeared for them before the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court. I've successfully handled many path-breaking and notable cases, involving complex and intricate questions of law and have been privileged to be included in the team led by the Ld. Attorney General for India and other Law Officers for appearing before many Constitution Benches in the Supreme Court of India on a number of occasions. Besides, I am also well versed in regulatory practice having advised and appeared for the Port Authorities, TRAI, Competition Commission of India, and Airports Economic Regulatory Authority (AERA), among others.
