Joined as Customer Service Administrator in a Customer Support team for customers in Ireland. The job required to work in the arrears department until December 2010. From January 2011 Phoenix outsourced to administer all their policies in Ireland to a leading Life and Pension Service provider names I F D S Percana Technologies and 90% Phoenix’s staff was made redundant. However, I then became a part of IFDS Percana team. From January 2013 promoted as Senior Administrator.
