 Responsible for generation of project plan, work breakdown structure, overall and detailed schedule, progress reports and presentations during the stage of proposal and execution along with preparation of resource histogram. Monitor critical path & overall schedule. Prepare catch up plans, look ahead plans based on inputs from respective sources and report to management. Preparing S-Curves for the Project. Target Milestone dates to achieve project progress & maintain cash flow. Prepare & issue daily/weekly/Monthly progress and planning report. Manage and control Interdisciplinary Information flow. Client invoicing in association with subsequent data management, summarizing and certification with client. Tracking payment release and it's follow-up with client for timely realization. Arranging kick-off meetings with Client, vendors, Consultant, sub-contractors etc. to ensure everyone is on same ground in terms of scope, schedule & specifications. Maintain and control project scope variance logs, project audit reports, managing close-out of audit action items, early highlight and resolution of project issues. Logging key milestones and hindrances.  Expediting with procurement team for material purchase requisition stage to material received stage at site. Understand the requirements of Project & plan accordingly. Involve in all type of Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning & Front generation work. Expediting with Construction team to achieved the planned work at scheduled time. Review & approval of Invoices from Vendors. Vendor co-ordination and Management at site for fabrication & erection work. Preparation of Project close out report. Manage sub-contractors & vendors invoicing, work order- purchase order amendment and contract closure.  Keeping a track of record of day-to-day activities carried out at site. Man, Material & resource planning and monitoring from project initiation stage to commissioning stage.

 Project scheduling, planning, executing and tracking assistance to HOD. Working exposure on EPS, OBS,WBS,ACTIVITIES,creating and assigning RESOURCES to ACTIVITIES, BASELINE CREATION, SCHEDULING AND TRACKING in PRIMAVERA P6.  Expediting & Dispatches of Bought Out Items. Interface management (Client, Engineering, Procurement, Vendors and subcontractors). Assistance to Supply Chain Management. Fabrication contract - assistance to develop agreement Cross checking engineering deliverables with fabrication and installation philosophy. Fabrication philosophy and procedures preparation. Agreements/Work Orders for Subcontractors. Review Fabrication, and Installation engineering with method statements. Coordination with QA/QC, Third party and Client to assure timely approval of QAP/WPS/PQR/WPQ for early start of fabrication
