- Mechanical piping design for commercial and industrial developments - Maintain reasonable knowledge of SANS, ASIB (Automatic Sprinkler Inspection Bureau), NFPA and FM regulations- Request AutoCAD drawings architect, structural engineer, aircon and tenants to assist with sprinkler design- Produce fire protection design drawings- Produce emergency evacuation design drawings- Produce smoke detection design drawings- Produce smoke extraction/control design drawings- Site measure if no information is available- Adhere to deadlines- Update drawing registers
