• Responsible for overall business planning at category level to meet the top and the healthy bottom line targets.• Devising, Developing and executing strategies to maximize the sales and profitability for a portfolio of more than 150,000 SKU’s across all channels.• Liaison with various Marketplace Account Managers and pushing products for Promotions and sales.• Forecasting Sales, developing plans for Inventory Management and collaborating with the resource team to ensure optimum inventory.• Overseeing new and existing product line assortment and continuously working on SKU’s by understanding the Market needs in details with contemporary trends.• Working closely with the Warehouse Team, Catalog Team, Design Team and Sourcing team to ensure implementation of work within Timelines.• Competitive analysis on pricing and assortment to decide on discounts and assortment planning.• Research on the latest Product launch in the Mobile Accessories category and ensuring to get the product sourced along with proper cataloging to be ensured within timelines
