In some repetitive cycle freeze the scope and prepare SOW (Scope Of Work) and share with all the Stakeholders along with estimation and Timeline. • Development phase start with the requirement grooming with the agile team, Prepare a project execution plan and divide into multiple sprints and plan UAT releases and communicate plan with the Stakeholders. • Communicate all Stakeholders at regular intervals and send them Weekly/Monthly progress reports regarding the development progress and communicate if there is any blockage or hurdle during the development. • DSM is an important part of the development along with Retrospective at every end of sprint or 4-6 weeks. Client engagement feedback at regular interval helps us to improve our process and provide them better service.• Planning for any enhancement/CR which are introduced during the development process. • Provide demo to Stakeholders at the end of every sprint. • Project Sign Off from the Stakeholders and inform PMO to raise an Invoice.
