As a Technical Recruiter at APPIC Solutions, I perform full life-cycle recruiting for Contract and Direct Hire jobs nationwide, sourcing candidates from various industries and occupations, such as Power Generation, Aerospace, Petro-Chemical, Medical Device, Software, Call Center, and Manufacturing. I use cold calls, job boards, niche sites, and referrals to identify, recruit, screen, and negotiate compensation with qualified candidates. I also create, maintain, and document all submittals from first conversations to hire and start in the internal tracking database.In addition to my recruiting role, I am also a Senior Business Development Manager at Firstinnov8 LLC, where I leverage my solid background in sales and service to generate new leads, close deals, and maintain relationships with existing clients. I have a strong understanding of the technical aspects of various projects, thanks to my Diploma of Education in Civil Engineering from Ambition Institute of Technology - India. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, which helps me to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse stakeholders.
