Current- Accountable for P&L, Strategic Planning, Sales & Marketing, Business Development of Safal Retail business & end to end business for entire Delhi NCR
- Designing and implementing strategies for Business Expansion & to achieve long term profitability
- P&L accountability for all controllable factors like Margins, Expenses and Shrink
- Handling the entire process from merchandising, trend understanding, order management & Sales
- Ensure optimum inventory across stores to reduce product gap
- The responsibilities includes strategies implementation for Cost Optimization, customer Focus & adherence to vaious legal compliances
