Job Responsibilities• To appoint the Charterer’s Nominated Agents or Owner’s Agents on principal's behalf and obtain Estimated Pro-forma Disbursement Account with relevant Port Dues and Agency Fees and also to negotiate on Agency Fees as per the Market Competitive Rates only for Cargo Operations. • Post negotiation the finalized agency Fee is informed to the Principal and the Proforma is submitted to the system with an indication of percentage of Proforma to be advanced to the agent and the currency of remittance to be used at the time of remittance.• Processing / auditing of the Disbursement Account for the vessel’s Port call calling at different corners (Port) of the world. • To handle disbursement for tanker operators such as MOL Nordic Tanker, Asahi Tanker, Stolt Tanker, Ultragas, STASCO, Helios.• Checking the authentication of the expenses & to get it clarified with agent/operator where ever necessary & then finalizing DA accordingly. • Keeping the updates of Time bar DAs and providing Charterers re-billable cost to clients/principle well within laps of time bar. • Following up with charterer agents to submit the FDA within time bar for final settlement of that particular port call. • Responsible for entire account of Principals and follow the SLA by ensuring Disbursement Accounts are processed in a timely manner.• Working On behalf of Operator and making work easier & safer and also making sure that they pay the money actually incurred. • Maintaining disbursement processing standards and negotiating agency fees with agents for the clients benefit.• To monitor the DA Process and it is completed well in time & balance fund is remitted to agent in order to close the file accordingly. • Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly reports & submission to the principal operator.
