Follow the 14 days frozen plan from PDO site.Preparation of material take-off for instrumentation work to PDO Store.Planning and distribution of jobs to technicians for fields relative activities.Calibration, troubleshooting, function check and operation support for all instrument in well head (Beam pump, PCP, Esp.) to manifold to Process facility area.Going to site visit and Examine with Responsible Supervisor from PDO side before apply the permit.We Decided to apply the type of permit (Class A, Class B, Task SOP, no permit Job) with attach the Risk Assessment, Job HSE plan, HRA (Health Risk Assessment), Drawing, and Certificate (If required).Go to side conduct the Tool box talk with our crew member and Verified the TRIC (Tool Box Risk Identification Card).Arrange the tools, Process Calibrator, and Vehicle if Required.In case of emergency hold the permit as a Permit Holder and supervisor the work and location.After complete the shift take the decision, Permit is going to suspend or cancel.Make the progress report and submit the Department head (Engineer).Plan and preparation the yearly function check for well head (Beam pump), PCP (Process compressive pump), ESP (Electrical submersible pump) Plan and preparation for quarterly function check H2s gas detector.Plan and preparation for Monthly function check smoke detector for camp. Main target is successfully finished the work and hand over the entire project documents to client in time limit.
