•Responsible for requirement elicitation for enhancement in multiple systems such as Life Asia (a Policy Management system), Consultant Corner (a commission management system) and Web Biz (a sales incentive system).•Preparation of BRS, use case document and test scenarios for all major enhancements in Life Asia, consultant corner and Web Biz.•Responsible for planning UAT and regression testing for the enhancement undertaken.•Involved in preparing monthly project plans and keeping a track of project performance
